My name is Eric Pack, and I’m the owner of SON Construction & Remodeling. After retiring from a 22-year military career, I was finally able to follow a long-standing passion of mine—building things, solving problems, and working with my hands.
Throughout my military career, I relocated often, and at nearly every duty station I purchased older or run-down homes, repaired and improved them, and eventually sold them. That hands-on experience gave me a thorough understanding of how homes are built, how they age, and how to repair and improve them the right way—not just cosmetically, but structurally and practically.
I take personal ownership of my work and stand behind the results. I’m comfortable putting my company’s name and logo on anything I do, because I expect the work to be done right. If it has my name on it, it reflects my standards, my reputation, and the level of quality I expect to deliver.
I’m someone who takes the time to learn and understand what I’m working on, especially when a project presents unique challenges. At the same time, I believe it’s just as important to know when something falls outside my standards or comfort level. If I don’t feel a particular approach or task can be completed to the level of quality I expect, I’ll communicate that clearly and help homeowners determine the best path forward.
Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of integrity, accountability, and clear communication. Those values guide how I approach every project. I don’t believe in rushing work, cutting corners, or upselling homeowners on things they don’t need. My focus is on thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and solutions that make sense for both the homeowner and the home.
SON Construction & Remodeling is locally owned and operated, serving homeowners throughout Cumberland County and surrounding areas. I’m hands-on with every job and take pride in treating each home with care and respect. When I’m in someone’s home, my goal is for them to feel comfortable, informed, and confident that their project is being handled the right way.
